Shipping Policy


All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • AusPost

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be displayed on the checkout page, prior to any payments being made.

  • AusPost Standard Shipping: $9.95 (Inc-GST) Australia wide. Delivery Timeframe: 3 - 8 working days.
  • AusPost Priority Shipping: $14.95 (Inc-GST) Australia Wide. Delivery Timeframe: 1 - 5 working days.

Free delivery applies to purchases over $499.00, some conditions apply:

  • Your delivery address needs to be within Australia.
  • Goods ordered must be in-stock.

Back Orders

In the event a products goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns & Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (if you are a consumer) and other relevant laws.

If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period for which a remedy may be available can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Savvy Gecko adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us.

If you have purchased a product through Savvy Gecko that exhibits a fault, our aim is to resolve the issue for you in the fastest time possible. Savvy Gecko highly recommends that you contact the manufacturer directly if you have any problem operating your product. It is our experience that when customers experience any problem operating their product, it can often be resolved quicker if the manufacturer is involved directly at the early stage. Not only is the manufacturer best suited to assess and help you with your problem because they made your product and know how your product operates, but they are in many circumstances obligated to help you.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us or manufacturer.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Savvy Gecko.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
